We are thrilled to have you as part of our outdoor education team for this upcoming season and we know you’re excited too! We also recognize that moving up to our site is a big leap for anyone. Coming to Pali, we expect you to learn so many new things, meet new people from all over the country (and world!), and enjoy being with kids on a beautiful mountain.

Just as necessary as questions about whether or not to bring coat hangers or "where is the nearest grocery store with reasonably priced snacks?" We hope that flipping through this site will fill in the gaps of what life here looks like and makes you feel more prepared to embark on the remarkable journey of becoming a Pali instructor!
